Anderson said Hodge pointed a revolver at his head and his chest and tried to shoot, but the gun misfired, according to the complaint.

Anderson was shot in the leg, and taken to CAMC General Hospital, where he was treated and released.

Hodge was arraigned in Kanawha County Magistrate Court and charged with attempted murder. His bail was set at $100,000.
