CIRCUIT COURT SESSION -Trials And Sentencing On Docket

Calhoun Circuit Court is in session Tuesday, Judge David W. Nibert presiding. Court starts at 10 a.m. Sentencing is scheduled for William Albert "Seth" Denmark, related to charges he killed David Beach, judge will decide whether to accept plea deal. A trial is set for Jody Lynn Shock, related to a burglary charge. Paul R. Goodrich, III, 24, of Grantsville, will be sentenced, related to multiple charges for meth making. David Bailey is scheduled to appear in court, filing of information and plea, related to multiple DUI charges. Michael Williamson will appear in court for sentencing. Kenneth J. Rush will appear for annual review.
