SHOCK MAN PLEADS GUILTY IN METH CASE

A Shock WV man has entered a guilty plea in a meth case.

Daniel Ray King II, 37, entered the plea last week in United States District Court in Clarksburg before Magistrate Judge John S. Kaull. United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II, announced that King entered a plea of guilty to Possession of Material used in the Manufacture of Methamphetamine on February 01, 2012, in Gilmer County.

King is on bond pending sentencing, and is facing a maximum sentence of 10 years imprisonment and a $250,000 fine.

The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Stephen D. Warner and was investigated by the West Virginia State Police.
