CMS A-TEAM DEFEATS WALTON

By Angie Hersman Calhoun Middle School Girls Volleyball hosted Walton on Tuesday evening with A team winning in two games to improve their season record to 9-1, while the B team lost in 2 games. CMS will host Geary on Thursday evening which is the last home game and will be 8th Grade night. A Team: 25-18 and 25-8 Callie Cooper 12 points; Makayla Smith 11 points (4 aces); Hannah Allen 11 points (1 ace); Ashley Hersman 9 points (4 aces); Makayla Davis 4 points (1 ace); Tori Allen 3 points B Team: 17-25 and 16-25 Sara Hough 8 points (4 aces); Kaylea Bennett 7 points; Whitney Stevens 6 points; Brogan Richards 5 points; Addie Shimer 2 points; Aliayh Falls 2 points; Jabowa Dennis 2 points (1 ace); Sara Harrison 1 point
