A LONG TIME COMIN' - U.S. 33 Bypass Over Scott Miller Hill

It has been talked about for years and numbers of politicians have announced its construction over 40 years. It must be happening, maybe. The bypass around twisted and winding Scott Miller Hill, just west of Spencer on U. S. 33. Some property and homes have been purchased, and some of them are now being moved, rather than razed. This has been called a phase of the project. Hopefully there will be more phases, soon.
