Rebecca Jane (Summers) Burch, 77 - Millstone

Rebecca Jane (Summers) Burch, 77, of Millstone, West Virginia,  passed away on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at home following a long illness.

She was born October 23, 1934 in Spencer, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Obyra (Rhodes) and Cleo Summers.  She was retired from BF Goodrich with over 20 years of service and attended the Sycamore Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband Bill Burch; her children, Cleo (Shelia) Burch of Millstone,  and Cathy (Keith) Nolin of New Brockton, Alabama; a brother, Bill Summers of Normantown; grandchildren Jamie Burch and Holly Miller of Millstone, Cameron and Caitlyn Nolin of New Brockton, Alabama;  great grandchildren, Eliza and Evan Miller, and Keaton Burch; and special family Jeremy and Jessica Hardway and their sons Landon and Braydon.

She was preceded in death by an infant son, Richard.

A private graveside service will be held at the Sycamore Baptist Church Cemetery on Mt. Zion on Friday, October 5, 2012 at 5  p.m. There will be no service or visitation at the funeral home.

A special note of thanks to Hospice Care of Burnsville for their special help and friendship.

Stump Funeral Home in Grantsville is in charge of the arrangements.
