(09/29/2012)
MAN SAID HE WANTED TO OPEN FIRE AT BALL GAME - A Kanawha man who police say threatened to open fire at a high school football game is now behind bars.

Kanawha County sheriff deputies have arrested 40 year old Shawn Foglesong.

Police say Foglesong told a counselor at Highland Hospital he was afraid he might wear a ski mask and go to a Sissonville High School football game and open fire.

Fogleong said he had hopes of suicide by cop.

Deputies say he also told the counselor he wanted to kill bad people and planned to do it around Halloween so no one would think it odd if he was wearing a mask.

Fogelsong is charged with threats of terroristic acts.
