WV KNIFE AND GUN CLUB - Bullets Fly In Parkersburg, Police Arrest Suspect

PARKERSBURG GUNFIRE - At 2:15 a.m. Wednesday, numerous officers from the Parkersburg Police Department responding to Lynn Street in reference to shots being fired.

Upon arrival, officers found a residence riddled with bullet holes, and approximately 24 spent bullet casings from a 7.62x39 mm assault rifle.

Parkersburg police Sgt. Greg Collins said officers have now arrested Shaun Linko, and charged him.

According to the landlord, the tenants had recently moved out, with the residence being vacant at the time of the shooting.

Several items were damaged by bullets, including a water line that was struck after a round apparently penetrated three walls before striking the pipe.
