A Braxton County man in court for wrongful occupation, didn't like what the judge had to say, so he took off running down the streets of Sutton.

A Natural Resources police officer didn't let David Goad get very far, the event captured by WCHS-TV cameras.

A judge had asked Goad to sit down during a hearing, but apparently Goad didn't want to cooperate and took off running.

After a short chase, officer Stewart Simms took him into custody.

Goad is charged with obstructing, fleeing on foot, and could face public intoxication.
