GRANTSVILLE MAN ARRESTED FOLLOWING DOMESTIC DISPUTE

A Grantsville man has been arrested for domestic battery and charged with driving suspended, 2nd offense. Natural Resources Police Officer Charles Stephens arrested Phillip Wayne Farson, 55, of Vaughan Road, after Farson's wife called 911 for help. A criminal complaint says the man grabbed his wife and pulled her hair during an altercation. After Mrs. Farson left the house, he followed her to the Nobe area, says the complaint, driving suspended on numerous unpaid citatations. Farson was incarcerated in Central Regional Jail on $2,000 bond.
