STATE POLICE RESPOND TO LITTLE CREEK DISPUTE

State Police from Calhoun and Wirt County responded to a dispute on Little Creek Road at 9:50 p.m. Sunday. Calhoun 911 received a call regarding the dispute, the caller reportedly saying a person armed with a gun had cut phone lines at a residence. Police were advised that the armed individual had left the house. Calhoun Sheriff Allen Parsons was also responding to the scene, but State Police took a man into custody. It was unclear regarding the nature of the dispute. Little Creek Road is off State Road Rt. 5 at Creston.
