SHOCK MAN INDICTED BY FEDS ON DRUG CHARGES

A Shock, Gilmer County resident has been issued a two-count indictment by a Federal Grand Jury in Elkins, according to a news release from the office of the U.S. Attorney Northern District of W.Va.

Daniel Ray King, 37, is charged in count one with manufacturing methamphetamine and in count two with possession of material used in the manufacture of methamphetamine, according to the news release.

King is facing up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine on the manufacturing charge and up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine on the possession of materials charge, officials said.

King had been arrested by the State Police.
