Betty Ann Rock Jordan, 77 - Glenville

Betty Ann Rock Jordan age 77 of Alice Rd. Glenville West Virginia, departed this life at 5:17 a.m., Friday August 17, 2012 in Ruby Memorial Hospital following a brief illness.

Born August 13, 1935 in Gilmer County, daughter of the late Charles and Dorothy Shuman Stutler.

Betty was a former employee of the Summit Center in Clarksburg and was a Protestant by faith.

Surviving is her husband of 15 years, James B. Jordan of Glenville WV; 6 children, John (Bonnie) Rock of Akron Ohio, Donna (Mike) Dillon of Florida, Tom (Chris) Rock of Akron OH., Gina Sanchez of Oak Hill West Virginia, Vicki (Jim) Murdock of Akron OH., and Bill (April) Rock of Akron OH; 2 stepchildren, James A. Jordan (Deanda) and Rebecca Sais (Doug) both of Weston West Virginia.

There are 12 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren surviving with 2 more great grandchildren on the way.

Along with her parents, Betty was preceded in death by one daughter Linda Rock and one brother Howard Stutler.

Funeral Services will be conducted at the Ellyson Mortuary Inc. 1:00 p.m., Monday August 20, 2012 with Pastor Bryan Groves officiating. At the request of Betty she will be cremated. Friends and relatives will be received from 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the mortuary and 1 hour prior to services on Monday.

Ellyson Mortuary Inc. is assisting the family of Betty Ann Jordan with arrangements.
