GILMER WOMAN SHOT IN BACK DURING DOMESTIC DISPUTE - Shooter Then Struck By Baseball Bat |

| A Gilmer County woman was shot in the back Monday during what was described as a domestic dispute, according to State Police. Police say Larry Bush, 40, shot Elsie Coen, 48, and then left the scene. When Bush returned, another man allegedly hit him with a baseball bat. Both Bush and Coen are in Ruby Memorial Hospital. Coen is currently listed in fair condition. Bush's condition was not learned. Police have yet to file charges.
