ELUSIVE ROBERT ALLEN STARCHER HELD $1 MILLION BOND - Mistakenly Released During Derecho

The elusive Robert Allen Starcher, 29, a former resident of Calhoun, is back in Central Regional Jail after mistakenly being released during the June 29 power and communication outage. He is being held on $1 million bond by Roane County authorities. Authorities had been searching for Starcher for sometime for multiple charges in Roane and other counties, when he was arrested the last time.
