| William Dale Wallbrown 90 of Arnoldsburg, WV passed away on August 13, 2012 at Parkersburg Care & Rehab. Center.
He was born Feb. 12, 1922 at Beech, WV a son of the late Will and Grace (Price) Wallbrown. He retired from WVDOH and formerly worked at Roane Roofing, Mon Power and Jones Oil & Gas. He attended the Leatherbark Community Church. He enjoyed gardening, hunting and flowers in his yard. He was a WWII Veteran.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Carol and Randy Jarvis, one grandson and his wife, Jay and Cheryl Jarvis of Hickory, NC, two great grandchildren Anderson and Amelia Jarvis of Hickory, three sisters Hazel Brannon of Arnoldsburg, Eula Hall of Spencer and Pearl King of Ripley.
He was preceded in death by his wife Elsie of 66 yrs. On Feb. 21, 2012, and brothers Harley, Carl and Bernard and a sister Irene.
Services will be 11AM Thursday at the Taylor Vandale Funeral Home, Spencer with Rev. Rick Matheny officiating. Burial will be in the Liberty Hill, Cemetery Arnoldsburg. Visiting hours 4-8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
