CHARGES AGAINST GRANTSVILLE WOMAN DROPPED AFTER RUCKUS

(08/13/2012)
A case against a Grantsville woman, Jessica Riddle, 20, has been dismissed by Roane County prosecutor Josh Downey.

She had been charged with conspiracy to commit burglary, alleging she entered a home without the owner's permission.

Downey told Spencer Newspapers that the case could be re-filed.

Riddle was part of what described as a rukus at a Spencer residence, and was one of six arrested after police said a drunken mob entered a Steele Hollow Road mobile home.

Police said it was over a romantic entanglement.
