KREH DECLARED COMPETENT TO STAND TRIAL - Court Set For Monday, Three Felony Cases

Ashley Kreh, a Calhoun woman, will be go on trial for the murder of her infant daughter on November 7, with a pre-trial hearing set for October 29.

Kreh, appearing in Calhoun Circuit Court before Judge Thomas Evans III, was declared competent to stand trial.

Joshua Bond will be sentenced on September 24, related to robbery charges.

Tiffany Davis is set for trial on November 7, related to charges over operating a meth lab.

William "Seth" Denmark is scheduled for a pre-trial hearing on August 13 before Judge David Nibert and is scheduled to go on trial for the death of David Beach on August 28.

Other cases set for Monday in Grantsville:

- State vs. Michael Lee Duncan, hearing on motion to revoke probation, related to drug charges.

- State vs. Jerry Glenn McKown, Jr., a pre-trial hearing, with trial set for August 28, related to meth lab charges.

- State vs. Andrew George Johnson, hearing on motion for disclosure and motion for modification of bond.

- Civil Case: Butler vs. Goodnight Estate, hearing on motion for confirmation of sale and authority to distribute proceeds.

- Eleven juvenile cases.
