| State Director Bobby Lewis announced that USDA Rural Development has approved a Community Facilities Economic Impact Initiative Grant of $4,200 for Roane County Commission.
The Rural Development funds will be used to assist in the purchase of a new police vehicle for the Roane County Sheriff's Department.
