CALHOUN MEN JAILED OVER BOND AND PROBATION VIOLATIONS

A Grantsville man, Dustin Ray Hillegas, 25, has been incarcerated in Central Regional Jail, a felony charge, for violation of his bail bond. Grantsville Police arrested Hillegas earlier this year and charged him with multiple counts after Hillegas, according to the criminal complaint, sold Hydrocodone and Clonazepam (Klonopin) pills to an informant. The transaction, according to the complaint, occurred on April 4 and April 5, 2012. Joshawa Lynn Whipkey, 33, was incarcerated in Central Regional Jail Thursday for violating his probation, according to jail officials. Whipkey had been arrested by the State Police in 2011 for 2nd offense DUI and driving while license suspended.
