AARP DRIVER SAFETY COURSE OFFERED IN AUGUST - West Fork Senior Center, Could Help Insurance Rate

The AARP Driver Safety course for drivers age 50 and up is being offered at the West Fork Senior Center at Minnora, on Tuesday, August 7 and Wednesday, August 8 from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. each day.

Completion of the course may qualify for an auto insurance discount.

Costs are $12.00 for AARP members, $14.00 for non-AARP members and $5.00 for all "Educators" which includes service personnel, and "Educators" involved with church, youth, and other organizations—no degree required.

The special for "Educators" is only valid during the months of July and August.

No testing or driving is involved. You must be present both days to earn certification which is valid for 3 years. You do not need to be an AARP member or have "AARP" Insurance.
