POLICE RESPOND TO FIGHT ON HOG KNOB HILL - County Services Respond To Multiple Accidents

State Police and the Natural Resource Police officer responded to what was reported to be a fight on Hog Knob Hill/Rt. 5 at 8 p.m. Friday.

911 reports indicated the incident started earlier related to the possession of a car.

The fight, according to reports, involved one subject with a ball bat, and a short time later an ambulance was summoned to the scene.

It was unclear regarding injuries connected to the affray. Calhoun EMS did not transport anyone to the hospital, although reports indicated one or more subjects did go to Minnie Hamilton Health System.

Calhoun EMS was dispatched to the Big Otter I-79 exit of Clay County with a report of a 23-year-old injured in a roll-over at 9:30 p.m. Friday.

The Upper West Fork VFD was also dispatched to Rt. 16 at the Nebo School near Big Otter for assistance to another vehicle crash at the same time.

At 10:50 p.m. 911 dispatched the State Police and the Upper West Fork VFD to a vehicle crash in a sharp turn near the intersection of Walker Road and Rt. 16. No injuries reported.

State Police responded to a disturbance call involving arguing at Calhoun Homes at 9:50 p.m. Friday.
