Upper West Fork firemen have been responding to the community since the storm over a week ago (above left-right) Chief Randy Perkins, Brian Burns, Glenna Perkins, Janet Summers, Mike Snider, Brad Summers, Bruce Tanner and Josh Summers (Not shown Todd, Rodney, Charman and Justin Siers, Alan Swisher and Kristy Snider) Firemen load bottled water at Upper West Fork VFD station Sunday Fire Chief Randy Perkins says members of the fire department and several volunteers have been dutiful in responding to the disaster in their coverage area. In addition to answering fire calls and providing assistance with ambulance calls, Perkins said, "We have been to just about every house in every holler, checking on people and delivering food and water."
