| Water is available to those in need behind the City Building. Bring your own jugs. It will be available now until outages are restored.
The City of Spencer has been supplying uninterrupted water to the Walton PSD, Clover PSD and Reedy since last Friday.
Gas is available in three locations in Spencer. Sunoco, Little General and Go-Mart.
Both the power company and the cable company are aware of their outages and are working diligently to restore services. Several areas have seen their power restored over the last 24 hours and more areas are expected to receive power today.
Depending on which Internet site you read, a huge number of Roane County citizens are still without power.
