THREATENS TO SHOOT - Police arrested a man in Randolph County who pulled a gun out, and threatened to start shooting people Wednesday night.

Jesse Tolson reportedly threatened to shoot a woman and a small child around 9:00 p.m. near Job.

Tolson shot a rifle in the air, but no one was hurt.

Once police got to the home, Tolson reportedly tried to resist arrest, but deputies were able to arrest him.

Tolson is charged with two counts of wanton endangerment involving a firearm.

STAND-OFF WITH POLICE - A woman called 911 4 a.m. Thursday after she and her husband got into a fight at a home on Cooper's Creek Road in Big Chimney.

Police say when they got to the scene Eric Olive barricaded himself in the home and wouldn't come out.

Kanawha County Deputies used gas canisters to bring him out.

Olive was taken into custody and is being charged with domestic violence.

TRIPLE MURDER AT COWEN - Three people were reportedly found shot to death Wednesday night along Fox Road Run in Cowen, Webster County.

Early reports say the shootings are drug related and that two men and a woman are dead.

911 dispatchers are saying one and possibly two suspects have been caught near the Amma exit of Interstate 79 in Kanawha County.

WCHS-TV is reporting that a suspect admitted to the shooting.

The names of the victims and suspect have not been released.

LOGAN POLITICO THREATENS MOTHER WITH KNIFE - A man who lost a bid for the House of Delegates from Logan County has been arrested after police say he threatened to kill his mother.

State police arrested Christopher Stratton after he allegedly got into a fight with his mother and sister and threatened to cut his mother's head off with a knife.

He's also accused of choking his mother, and hitting his sister.

Stratton ran for the 24th District of the House of Delegates in May, and has also ran for the Logan County school board.

SUSPECTS ARRESTED IN MOTEL HOLD-UPS - Two Shady Spring residents have been arrested and charged with robbery after two Beckley hotels were robbed last weekend.

Douglas Stover, 26, was arrested on Monday evening, and Angela Michelle Wills, 25, was arrested Tuesday, according to the Raleigh County Sheriff's Office.

They have been charged with first-degree robbery.

The Comfort Inn and the Baymont Inn on Harper Park Drive were robbed over the weekend.

In both robberies, a man brandished a handgun and escaped with money.
