36 AREA STUDENTS AMONG 2012 GSC GRADS

Thirty-six students from area counties were awarded their degrees during the 138th Glenville State College Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, May 5th, 2012.

Calhoun County

Sarah J. Ratliff of Arnoldsburg received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Behavioral Science with a concentration in Psychology/Sociology.

Gregory Scott Cain of Mount Zion earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Behavioral Science with a concentration in Psychology/Sociology.

Kayla B. Miller-Roop graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Marketing.

Melissa Faye Jarvis of Chloe received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Management.

Heidi Ann Allen of Chloe graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education with concentrations in Early Education (PreK-K)and Elementary Education (K-6).

The Glenville State College Class of 2012 includes nearly two-hundred graduates who completed requirements for an Associate or Bachelor Degree in a variety of academic areas including business, teacher education, criminal justice, and natural resource management. These students represent twenty-eight West Virginia counties and ten other states (Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Texas, and Virginia) as well as Washington D.C.
