BAR STABBING - A man was stabbed outside a Huntington bar early Monday morning.
West Virginia State Police say a 32-year-old Huntington man was stabbed in the stomach.
It happened around 2:30 am outside the Brass Room Bar.
The victim is listed in stable condition.
PRESTON SHOOTING - The Preston County Sheriff's Department is investigating a shooting that happened around 3 a.m. Tuesday on the Old Tunnelton Pike, just outside Kingwood.
Police went to the scene for an altercation and found Tammy Slider, 30, with a gunshot wound, and Shirley Nelder, 46, with other injuries.
Both women were sent to Ruby Memorial Hospital. Nelder was released.
Slider remains in serious condition.
Deputies are looking for a man who may also have been at the scene.
