THREE FELONY TRIALS SET FOR CIRCUIT COURT TODAY

Three felony trials are on the Circuit Court docket Tuesday. Judge Thomas C. Evans III is presiding. - Joshua Bohn, has been indicted for operating a meth lab and burglary. - Charles Ray Metz, 32, Big Bend, wanton endangerment involving a firearm. The charges are related to an incident on Nobe Road that allegedly involve the throwing of an inactive hand grenade and the arson destruction of a house. - Danny Lockhart, 54, of Creston, sexual abuse in first degree.
