RITCHIE MAN CHARGED WITH ARSON, DOMESTIC BATTERY

The Ritchie County Sheriff's Department has arrested a man for allegedly trying to burn down a house where he was also allegedly growing drugs. Authorities responded to a problem between Randy Bartram, 34, and his girlfriend, Friday night. They say Bartram attacked his girlfriend and tried to set their house on fire. Bertram has been charged with domestic battery, domestic assault and arson. He is being held in the North Central Regional Jail with bail set at $40,000.
