Jean Elizabeth Spence, 88, of Joker, Calhoun County, West Virginia. She was born in Eagle Valley NY, a daughter of the late Bernard J. and Myra Burris Carley. She was employed at Sears Roebuck Company and Days Inn, both of Liberty NY. Surviving are one daughter, Maureen Wright of Joker; a grandson, Daniel Wright of Joker; two granddaughters, Lani Nead and Coleen Hare, both of Livingston Manor, NY; two great grandsons, Justin Hare and Ryan Nead, both of Livingston Manor NY; three great granddaughters, Jamie Pawlak and Kaitlyn Hare, both of Livingston Manor and Abigail Wright of Joker; one cousin, Nancy Lavelle of Livingston Manor. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday May 23 at Bryner Chapel Cemetery with the Rev. Glen McBride, Jr. officiating. Funeral arrangements provided by the Stump Funeral Home in Grantsville, WV.
