CLAY MAN BEING CHARGED DUI AFTER WRECK - Chloe Woman Suffers Injuries In Crash

DUI charges are pending in Clay County against 52-year-old Joseph Moore, who crashed his vehicle Saturday night along Moore Fork Rd. at Duck. State Police said Moore was driving drunk. Moore was life-flighted to Charleston Area Medical Center, the nature of his injuries unknown. Janet Siers, 61, of Chloe was a passenger in the car and was taken to the hospital. She reportedly suffered head trauma and a broken jaw. State Police say Moore was also driving without a driver's license. Moore Fork Road was closed for a time until the accident was cleared.
