FITZWATER RETURNS TO BOARD PRESIDENCY - Don Harris New B of E Member

Left to Right: Superintendent Ron Blankenship, Fitzwater, Frederick and Harris Two incumbents and a newcomer were sworn in by Superintendent Ron Blankenship at the Calhoun County Board of Education meeting last night. The voter's returned Rick Fitzwater and Carlene Frederick, and elected Grantsville resident Don Harris, the newcomer. Don Harris starts first term on board Board members then elected Fitzwater to be President for another year, and Carlene Frederick to be the Vice President. Ralph Cunningham was appointed to the Calhoun-Gilmer Career Center Administrative Council, Carlene Frederick returned to the RESA-V Board of Directors and Burl Simers will serve as a representative to the WVU Extension Board.
