WV KNIFE AND GUN CLUB - Boone County Women Stabbed To Death, Girl Sexually Assaulted

(05/16/2012)
DOUBLE MURDER IN BOONE - Police are searching for a Boone County man who allegedly stabbed his wife and mother-in-law to death and sexually assaulted his stepdaughter.

The women have been identified as Leigh Ann Kinder-Parsons, 36, of Bloomingrose, and her mother, Sue Kinder, 62, of Lexington, Ky.

Kinder-Parson's 15-year-old daughter told police Timmy Parsons, 36, of Comfort, sexually assaulted her and then tied her up sometime Monday night, according to media reports.

The young girl freed herself Tuesday morning, when she called for help.

Update: Parsons was arrested at a make-shift camp along the river in Belle.

CHARLESTON DRIVE-BY SHOOTING - Charleston police have a lead in a drive-by shooting that happened on the city's West Side late Monday night.

Police say an SUV received several shots from a high powered hand gun. Then the SUV took off and crashed into a retaining wall and fence in front of a home.

Shots were also fired at a home, about a block away from where the car was shot and crashed.

Police indicated the incident could be related to drugs.

The driver of the SUV, Robert Miller, was arrested last fall for robbing the West Side Exxon.
