Losie Lamb Dye, 94 - formerly of Chloe

Losie Lamb Dye, 94, of Medina, Ohio, formerly of Chloe, West Virginia, passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2012. She was born in Calhoun County, the daughter of the late Dr. C.R. and Nannie Conley Lamb. She was a member of the New Life Baptist Fellowship Church in Arnoldsburg. She was a former employee of General Tire Co. of Akron OH and a former employee of Rubber Fabricators, Grantsville. She enjoyed gardening very much. Surviving are one son, Jack Dye of Medina OH, one sister, Maysel Snyder of Chandler AZ and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard T. Dye; five sisters, Ruby Finley, Nelle Downey, Gertrude Grogg, Hazel Christian, Goldie Rice; and three brothers, Creed Lamb, James Lamb, and Clifford Lamb. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 12, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. at the Stump Funeral Home in Arnoldsburg. Rev. Dick Howie will officiate. Interment will be in the Bethlehem Cemetery at Grantsville. Friends may call at the funeral home from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the service.
