Calhoun County Clerk Mike Ritchie, and members representing the Democrat and Republican party and county commissioners, have checked and cleared the county's voting machines in preparation for the May Primary.

Early voting at the County Clerk's office had about 250 citizens early voters by Friday.

West Virginia early voting is down, a sign of a small turn-out for Tuesday's election.
