| TRAILER PARK STABBING - Police in Kanawha County are investigating a stabbing in a Jefferson trailer park. They say Thomas Sharp was found wounded Wednesday afternoon and taken to the hospital. Kanawha County deputies are getting conflicting reports about what happened and are searching for one of the two vehicles that left the scene. Police did question a woman driving one of the vehicles, but she was not arrested. RALEIGH KNIFING - A Raleigh County man is in jail after deputies say he stabbed another man with a knife. According to a release from the Raleigh County Sheriff's Office, it happened at a residence in the Harper area. Deputies say Donald Matthew Bradley, 40, of Harper, pulled a knife on Mark Anthony Milam - cutting him across his stomach. Police say Bradley took off in a vehicle. Milam was taken to the hospital for emergency surgery. Witnesses at the scene identified Bradley as the suspect and deputies caught up with him a short time later. Deputies say that Bradley confronted Milam over an incident with his son that happened the previous day. Bradley is charged with attempted murder and malicious wounding. He was taken to the Southern Regional Jail. |
