ISSAC GROUNDS INCARCERATED ON LARCENY CHARGES

Authorities from Wirt County have arrested Issac Charles Grounds, 19, and charged him with grand larceny. He is being held in Central Regional Jail on $50,000 bond. Last November, Grounds was charged in Calhoun Magistrate Court for DUI under 19, having plead guilty and assessed fine and costs of $215.80. He was also charged with possession of a controlled substance less than 15 grams, fined $100.00, 90 days in jail, stayed with six months unsupervised probation and assessed costs of $165.80. Charges driving without operators were dismissed per a plea agreement, according to court records.
