Last November, Grounds was charged in Calhoun Magistrate Court for DUI under 19, having plead guilty and assessed fine and costs of $215.80.

He was also charged with possession of a controlled substance less than 15 grams, fined $100.00, 90 days in jail, stayed with six months unsupervised probation and assessed costs of $165.80.

Charges driving without operators were dismissed per a plea agreement, according to court records.
