DUI CONVICTED MAN ARRESTED FOR DRIVING TOWED VEHICLE - Glenville Woman Arrested DUI

A Normantown man has been charged with driving after his operators license had been revoked for DUI, with two prior convictions.

Cpl. J. B. Hunt of the WV State Police arrested Michael Warren Ball, 42, after stopping a vehicle towing another vehicle with a chain on Rt. 16 at Minnora.

The criminal complaint indicates Ball was driving the towed vehicle.

According to the criminal complaint, officer Hunt observed the vehicles going left of center when he approached them in his cruiser, also he had another officer advising him by radio he observed the vehicles going left of center.

A Glenville woman was arrested and charged with drunk driving Monday east of Grantsville on State Route 5.

Trooper E. M. Workman, according to a criminal complaint, charged Shay Ann Massey, 36, who failed three tests for drunkenness, with a blood alcohol of .115.

She was charged with DUI and taken to Central Regional Jail.
