Charles "Charlie" Rogers, 44, of Spencer died Saturday after a fall
from a pipe which
was 10 foot above the pavement, according to WVRC Radio. WVRC said
officials were
unclear why Rogers was walking the pipe. Roane EMS transported Rogers to Roane General Hospital early Saturday morning after which his condition worsened. He was pronounced dead at 10:50 a.m. from what sources said was blunt trauma to the head. A funeral notice will appear in The Herald's obituary section. |
