Sixteen years have gone by since the brutal gunshot murders of Mike and Julie Flanagan on Sycamore Creek. It was Easter weekend 2009, when Kirk Miller, a well-tender, entered the Flanagan house and shot them to death, police saying the killings were related to a drug transaction gone bad.
