SECOND ANNIVERSARY UPPER BIG BRANCH DISASTER - 'Entirely Preventable"

It is the second anniversary of the Upper Big Branch Mine Disaster, still fresh in the minds of the families of the 29 victims and those associated with the mining of coal in West Virginia.

The investigation of the disaster was declared 'entirely unpreventable,' with blame not only given to the coal outfit, the report saying "It was all about money," blame also placed on head-turning regulators.
