WIRT AND CLAY ATTORNEYS SUSPENDED FOR UNPAID DUES

Berkeley L. Simmons of Elizabeth and Jeffery A. Davis of Wallback are among 19 attorneys suspended for failing to pay their annual dues, according to the WV State Bar. Anita R. Casey, the Bar's executive director, said the suspension would be lifted once they paid both the outstanding dues, and a late fee.
