| A Wood County judge has approved a $4.7 million settlement in a class-action lawsuit brought by former workers at St. Joseph's Hospital in Parkersburg, after the hospital was bought-out by a hospital corporation.
The benefits denied the former workers are related to the loss of accumulated sick leave benefits.
Over 600 former employees of St. Joseph will benefit from the settlement.
