The Wood County Sheriff's Department has arrested Sammi Leigh Lyons (Hendershot), a Wirt County woman being sought by the Parkersburg Police Department's Detective Bureau.
The Elizabeth woman was wanted for two felony
charges of unauthorized use of an access device.
A Criminal Complaint filed in Wood County Magistrate Court
in January alleges that on or about 12-30-11, Lyons
allegedly used a debit card belonging to another person to
make two separate purchases totaling $276.59. These
purchases occurred at the Shoe Department in south
Parkersburg.
If convicted, Lyons could face a fine of up to $10,000.00
and/or up to ten (10) years in prison on each charge.
