RITCHIE MAN CHARGED DUI ON ATV WITH INJURY TO NINE-YEAR-OLD

A Ritchie County man is facing at least one charge of DUI with injury following an ATV accident early Sunday morning. A nine-year old boy was injured in the accident at Petroleum. The Ritchie County Sheriff's Office says Jesse Wilson was present when the crash occurred and has been charged. They could not confirm Wilson's relationship to the boy, who is in Ruby Memorial Hospital with unknown injuries. The Ritchie Co. Sheriff's Office says more charges could be filed.
