A Roane County family has posted a reward for a 4-wheeler that was spotted in Calhoun County.

Robert Allen Starcher was seen riding the 2007 Honda Foretrax, according to the Roane Co. Sheriffs Department. They are looking for the man, believing he is in Calhoun.
