STATE POLICE MAKE POT BUST NEAR CHLOE

George Ottice King - Betty Jo Martin State Police executed a search warrant on a Chloe area residence early Thursday morning and arrested a man and woman for possession with intent to deliver marijuana. George Ottice King, 64, and Betty Jo Martin, 25, are incarcerated in Central Regional Jail on $25,000 bond each. Cpl. J. E. Kincaid, in a criminal complaint, says he discovered twelve individually wrapped bags of pot weighing about 4.5 grams each (also known as a 1/8 bag. "Baggies were packaged in a manor that is consistent with selling marijuana," Cpl. Kincaid said. Police also discovered a set of digital scales, a set of manual scales and paraphernalia and additional pot for personal use. Police also arrested Michael Allen Williamson, 33 (above) on unrelated charges destruction of property and trespassing, misdemeanors. His bond has been set at $3,000.
