WV KNIFE AND GUN CLUB - Boone Stabbing Death Over Girlfriend

Police say 23-year old Roy Gilliam in Boone County is dead, stabbed to death by Brian King, who has been charged with second degree murder.

King says he stabbed Gilliam in the chest after Gilliam allegedly discovered his girlfriend with King.

Reports say Gilliam allegedly tracked the two down along Hewett Creek Road in Jeffrey and a deadly fight between the two men started.

The Boone County Sheriff's Department says the stabbing happened near the Jeffery Spencer Elementary School.

CHARLESTON STABBING - Police are investigating a stabbing that occurred in Charleston's East End, according to the Kanawha County Sheriff's Department.

A man was stabbed in the neck during an altercation with two other males.

Police said the victim was transported to an area hospital, the victim not being cooperative.

MORGANTOWN ROBBERY - Police are investigating an armed robbery in Monongalia County at the Valley Mart on Van Voorhis Road.

Police say a man walked into the convenience store, pulled out a gun, and demanded money.

The cashier called 911 as the man got away with an undisclosed amount of money.

Police said he was wearing a "Scream" mask.

PIZZA HOLD-UP NEAR MARSHALL U - An armed robber held-up Husson's Pizza near the Marshall University campus, according to Cabell County 911 dispatchers.

No one was hurt, a man brandishing a silver revolver fled either on foot or in a vehicle.
