Calhoun Middle School Girls traveled to Clay last Tuesday evening in round 2 of the CWVAC Tournament.

CMS Girls lost to undefeated Clay 44-22. Clay went on to win the CWVAC title on Saturday.

CMS Girls honored at the finals ceremony on Saturday were Makayla Smith and Tori Allen for All-Conference for season play. Smith also received All-Tournament Team honors for 19 total points in tournament play.

Makayla Smith 1-2-3-4 pts, Abby Rexroad 1-0-2-2 pts, Tori Allen 2-7-16-11 pts, Callie Cooper 1-1-2-3 pts, Leah McCumbers 0-1-2-1 pt, Ashley Hersman 0-1-2-1 pt.

Played but did not score: Hannah Allen, Taylor Garrett, Aleah Dye, Kaylea Bennett and Savannah Rogers.
