SNOWFALL PREDICTION FLOPS - Temps Will Start Rising Toward 60

(02/20/2012)
A winter storm watch issued for much of West Virginia on Sunday, only struck the state's southern-most counties, putting power lines down.

Even though the area was expected to get an inch, the skies started clearing.

With very little snowfall this winter in the region, the prediction of snow created a little excitement.

While Monday will be chilly, the temps are expected to rise for daytime highs near 60 later in the week.
